we need Consultants who have the urge to harness new technologies and love to experiment with them. They should be able to keep up with the never ending evolution in the Technology area. Most importantly the consultant should be passionate about their jobs and be a good team player.
Desired Profile
Minimum skill sets required are (we prefer depth rather than width):Application Server, SOA & Collaboration Suite->Hands on UNIX skills (should know the difference between 'tell' and 'tail' or 'rm' and 'mv') RAC Implementation experience, no training and support experience accepted. 3rd party clusterware knowledge is desirable (IBM HACMP, HP Service Guard etc) Strong Database management skills Performance tuning (Preferable) - conceptual skills accepted, but should be strong in it Hands on experience in deploying AS / OCS in multi node architectures (Enterprise Deployment) OID Synchronization with 3rd party LDAP servers (Preferable) - conceptual skills accepted, but should be strong in it EM Grid deployment (Preferable) - conceptual skills accepted, but should be strong in it Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Has subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility. Database, core applications and web technology knowledge is essential.
