Job Description
As an Architect you would be responsible for the overall technology architecture and technical quality of the solution. You should understand the business problem and assimilate functional and non-functional requirements for the project/system. You should translate requirements into technical design and evolve the system architecture.
You should ensure the overall quality of technical solutions being delivered by technical team. You would be leading a dedicated engineering team towards design, code, test, and documentation of applications. This includes front-end & back-end design, including db objects and add-in scripts and programs.
You would be working closely with the onsite team and client and where needed research new technologies; create prototypes, demos etc. for sales support. You should understand relevant business issues and the organization's operating procedures and connect these to work priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile
You should have a fulltime BE/B. Tech, MCAs from top engineering colleges (REC, IIT preferred).
5-7 years of hands on software development experience in Microsoft technologies.
You should have the ability to lead a team of high energy engineers and Sr. engineers and should have knowledge of architectural and design patterns.
You should have a Share Point experience and strong understanding of relevant frameworks and design patterns.
You should have strong XML, XSL skills.
You should have experience in all the phases of the development life cycle, from design to production.
You should have excellent Analytical and Communications Skills and be a team player and have exposure to working with International teams. You should have the ability to effectively multi-task and should have Good Analytical Skills and be a team player. Entrepreneurial in thinking and execution.
