POSITION SUMMARY

Dedication with strong Object Oriented Programming (Java, C#.Net, or VB.Net), Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Communication skills is must for this role. As a Technical Interviewer, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting a complete and thorough test of the technical know-how of the candidates pre-screened by Unbounded's technical recruiters.
- Testing the candidates on various in-depth Object Oriented Programming concepts in platforms like J2EE and .NET (C# or VB)
- Testing the candidates on basic as well as advanced database skills in SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
- Creating a holistic technical perception of the candidate to be used by Unbounded recruiters and management.
- Providing a complete and precise feedback of the candidate to the technical staff which would include a thorough skills rating of the candidate.
Desired Candidate Profile
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 3 - 5 yrs of experience in a technical position.
- Must have extremely strong technical skills in Java, C# and VB.Net.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have to ability to evaluate a candidate based on the responses and tailor questions accordingly.
- Must be self disciplined and passionate towards technology.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Existing experience in screening and interviewing technical candidates.
- Comfortable with communicating with candidates all over the globe.
- Ability to coordinate with Unbounded recruiters to provide feedback and get candidate information
