Job Description:
Technical Analyst handles all customer queries and ensures they are properly interpreted andanswered from the knowledge base articles. They will escalate the issues to the appropriate resource as and whenrequired. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a passion for customer care and good understanding ofoperating a computer and interacting directly with customers

Desired Candidate Profile:
Responsible for handling calls from customers
-Interpreting knowledge base articles into meaning full solutions
-Documenting call history and escalating when required
-Maintaining call statistics to customer SLA’s
-Mentor junior members of the team
0 - 2 years of experience
-A Bachelors degree in science / arts / commerce
-Strong written and verbal communications skills with neutral/American accent
-Willing to work in night shifts for a 24/7 operations
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively, independently
-Certifications like (MCP, MCSE, MCSA, MCDBA, RHEL, A+, Server+) will be an added advantage
