Job Description
This role needs the candidate to be a very experienced .Net developer with a strong design and coding background, that is current. Experience in cross-functional team efforts; communicating between technology and design groups is a nice to have. The role requires the candidate to be a very strong 'goto' person for coding and creative thinking in the .Net domain, who can be trusted to take on 'Excellent' challenges in development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
1.
5 + years of .NET â C#; ASP.NET software development experience
2. 3 + years of XML; XSL; Schema experience
3. Strong RDBMS skills (SQL Server with Reporting Services preferred)
4. Strong AJAX development experience
5. Proven analysis and design skills
6. Experience in development and management of a software product having multiple installations with customization involved for each of them.
7. Collaborative team member and teamwork experience with business-related projects
8. Exposure to Quality Management systems and Configuration Management of complex software products
9. Implementing internal best practices.
10. Strong communication and leadership skills
11. Experience leading a team of mix of senior to junior developers.
