Job Description :
• Handle Helpdesk ticket resolution / escalations
• Debug/troubleshoot issues on Linux production servers
• Parse thru the various logs & identify the root cause & find out a work around
• A team-player with a passion for learning, and sharing information and experience
• Able to proactively identify and implement process and technical improvements
• Able to understand and adhere to guidelines for Best Practices & Standards, whilst constantly seeking to improve them
