We have a immediate opening for a HR Position at Mangalore for Software Paradigms Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
Experience - 0.6 To 3 Yrs
Education :- Graduation / Post Graduation - MBA - HR would be an added advantage
Criteria :-
1.Good Communication Skills
2.Ability to source candidates through various channels like Portals/Headhunting/Reference
3.Ability to do complete End to End Recruitment
4.Knowledge of complete HR activities including joining formalities, induction, performance tracking, salary, statutory compliance, leave administration and staff
welfare as well as discipline
5.Knowledge of local language like Tulu, Konkani & Kannada will an added advantage.
6.Past experience in a Medical Transcription Industry will be an added advantage.
