- 2-3 years of iPhone application development experience
- Knowledge of iPad development would be preferable
- Additional exposure / experience with Apps on mobile devices on any platform such as Android, Symbian etc. is a plus

- Knowledge of iPhone-specific testing and debugging
- Knowledge of iPhone OS specifics and capabilities
- Good Communication Skills

For Senior Developer -
Technical Skills : PHP / Java / JSP is a must, Good knowledge of Web2.0 concepts, HTML, AJAX, CSS, SQL and JavaScript.
- 2-5 years of experience in web development working for market leading online products and sites
- Strong programming skills in PHP/Java/JSP & mySQL, familiarity with any other server side scripting language is a plus.
- Good scripting skills in Javascript
- Solid understanding of AJAX and working knowledge of CSS
- Experience of working with open source Javascript frameworks like jQuery, Prototype etc
- Experience working with Flash Action Script and Flex is a bonus
- Should be comfortable working with different data formats (XML, JSON etc) on the UI
