As a member of the CPM team:
- Builds world class CPM business applications on PRPC based upon identified business requirements and use cases.
- Functions in teams with other technical and business professionals focused on building, maintaining and supporting CPM.
- Work in a dynamic team environment where he/she will be directed by more senior solution and business architects.
Key Result Areas :
- Actively participates in design and development of CPM.
- Ensures delivered work meets technical and functional requirements
- Participates in development activities as per defined best practices
- Becomes PRPC certified within 3 months of completing training
- Assists in the identification of enhancements to PRPC
- Stays on schedule with assigned tasks.
- Expands knowledge of target industry.
- Provides regular updates to leads on project progress and outstanding issues
- Participates in project teams
- Uses best practice project management and testing tools
- Executes other responsibilities and key result areas as assigned.
Technical Expertise:
Mandatory Skill set
- Application Design/development in Java/J2EE, JSP, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript (2+ years)
- XML (2+ years)
Desired Skill set
- AJAX
- Flash
- RDBMS and related tools
- Application Server specific skills like Weblogic, Websphere, etc.
