Job Description :
1. Position –Recruiter
Experience – 6 months – 1.6 years
Education - MBA/Graduate in any discipline
Skills –Mandatory:
• Should have relevant experience in IT/ ITES Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the various sourcing techniques.
• Aware of the current market scenarios.
• Computer savvy.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong understanding of IT skills and terminologies.
• Flexible regarding work timings.
• Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
Skills -Preferred:
Graduate in BE(IT),B.Sc.(IT),BCA,MCA
• Prior experience in contract staffing
Responsibilities
• Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle.
• Detailed analysis of the JD – to understand the client's requirement thoroughly.
• Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
• Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.
• Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.
• Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the onboardings.
• Taking ownership of handling walk-ins.
• Maintaining own database and uploading of resumes in RADAR.

2. Position – Senior Recruiter
Experience – 1.6 years – 2.6 years
Education - MBA/Graduate in any discipline
Skills –Mandatory:
• Computer savvy.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Dynamic self- motivated team player with a track record.
• Good at multitasking.
• Should have relevant 1.6 years of experience in Recruitment.
• Candidate should have strong understanding of the various sources of recruitment.
• In-depth experience using behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment processes.
• Aware of the current market scenarios and industry.
• Strong understanding of IT skills and terminologies.
• Flexible regarding work timings.
• Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
Skills - Preferred:
• Prior experience in contract staffing.
• Prior experience in Volume hiring and niche skills hiring.
• Prior experience in client interaction.
Responsibilities

• Understanding of their respective client’s process.
• Handling various requirements simultaneously.
• Taking ownership of handling walk-ins.
• Guiding new joinees or associate recruiters to understand the process.
• Maintains own database and uploads of resumes in RADAR.
